Strategic Planning

The Joint Policy/Planning Council (JPPC) takes responsibility for the strategic plan which is framed according to a three-year timeline and reviewed annually. Development of strategic plan goals is facilitated by the two leadership councils, the Student Learning and Development Council (SLDC) and the Enrollment and Financial Support Council (EFSC). Academic Strategic Planning is facilitated by the Dean's Council which has a representative on SLDC.
