We welcome and accept applications to the Teacher Education Program throughout the academic year. Applications to the Teacher Education program will not be accepted unless the student

• has successfully completed EDUC 110 Foundations of Education, EDUC 135 Teaching Children with Exceptionalities, and EDUC 181 Developmental Psychology
• has a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7
• has successfully completed all required sections of C-BASE
• has completed the background check (waiver form filled out and signed)

Complete either the application form for the Elementary Teacher Education program, or the application to the Secondary Teacher Education program.  Be sure to date and sign where indicated.  All application forms can be turned into the Education Department office (RC 131L).
