  • The Director of Purchasing and Facility Services is responsible for the grounds maintenance crews, purchasing, Central Stores, Central fleet management & scheduling, key system management, administration of maintenance work order system, renovations, interior finish coordination and office space relocations.

  • The Director of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for facilities maintenance, custodial crews, campus facility technicians, new construction administration, vehicle & equipment maintenance, building systems, and HVAC.
