Equipment Checkout

Computer hardware and other technology equipment is available for checkout from the IT Services Help Desk.

To reserve equipment, submit a Help Desk ticket (use link in righthand column of this page), call 641-628-7010, or visit the Help Desk in Lower Level Douwstra #4B.

Students who would like to check out equipment must be sponsored by a staff or faculty member.

Equipment is typically available for checkout for no more than 2 weeks at a time, and are for college use only.  Available equipment includes:

  • Projectors
  • Windows laptops
  • Mac laptop
  • Speakers
  • Computer mice
  • Video adaptors and connectors
  • Presentation clickers

 

Reserving Rooms

All of Central’s largest computer labs are available for reservation.  Other computer areas cannot be reserved.  Click here to visit the Resource Scheduler. The Resource Scheduler can also be found on the right side of myCentral.

Note: This is only available for employees.  Students must have prior approval to reserve a room.
