Talent Search is a federally funded program encouraging students to graduate from high school and enroll in post-secondary education. Students meet with TS advisors in group and individual sessions throughout the school year. Monthly participant workshops focus on success in high school, career awareness, college selection, and financial assistance. Special events allow students to gain leadership skills, learn about careers, and visit college campuses.
The Central College TS program serves students in Mahaska and Polk counties in Iowa at 5 high schools and 6 middle schools. Our office is located on the campus of Central College in Pella.
