Why the need for three on-campus dining locations? Because each venue features a unique ambiance and offers a selection of food and beverages entirely its own. The Central Market is the center of the Central College Dining Services universe, featuring 12 stations preparing a vast assortment of foods. Fred’s is where to enjoy fun events and short-order food. And the Global Café Geisler is a cozy coffee shop where you can relax over a cup of fresh java.
