The Central Market captures the spirit of a European marketplace and serves as the center of the Central College Dining Services universe. It’s where good service, good food and good friends meet. The lines are short. The music’s lively. And the professional staff is as courteous as can be. Choose from 12 flavorful stations, including Peace Street Pizza, Mongolian Grill, Very Veggie Station, Comfort Foods and Dutch Treats. There’s a pasta station, a Mexican station and a waffle bar, too. Plus cook-to-order Chinese food, omelets and holiday dinners.
