Building Maintenance

The facilities trades department is responsible for maintaining and making minor improvements to all campus buildings in the areas of electrical, HVAC, carpentry , plumbing, painting and locksmithing. This includes repair work, minor renovation projects, electrical and HVAC systems, domestic and sanitary water systems, roofing and various other tasks.
